Each year, in the month of October, the School Board publishes the Academic Calendar for the entire year (lessons begin/finish, holidays, exam dates, graduation dates). The academic calendar, timetable and organization of the course are communicated to the students by e-mail, web, and on the notice board in the month of October. As the Faculty considers attendance at classes an essential element in learning skills, especially in the linguistic field, it offers to each single student, the possibility of attending all the lessons planned the curriculum, without overlapping and guaranteeing small classes.

Thanks to the small number of students per class, the linguistic skills can also be taught through lab activities, interactive and participatory lessons and simulations.

The course are held from October to May, from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons.

The exams take place in three sessions (Summer, Autumn and Winter).
