Tuition and Fees – Academic Year 2026/2027
The School’s annual tuition fee is €7,600
The annual enrolment fee is €900
The annual tuition fee can be paid in 4 different ways
- Single payment, with a €250 discount
- 5 instalments of €1,521.50 each, including SEPA fees
- 8 instalments of €951.50 each, including SEPA fees
- 12 instalments of €633.33 each, through a bank financing plan with a 0% nominal annual interest rate (TAN)
The enrolment and tuition fees indicated above must be paid annually, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Bachelor’s Degree enrolment contract.
DSU Regional Tax
The regional tax for the right to university study is €140. This tax is independent of SSML Pisa and must be paid by all students enrolled at higher education institutions in Pisa.

The School’s annual tuition fee is €4,460

Enrolment and Tuition Fees for Students Beyond the Standard Programme Duration
The School’s annual tuition fee is €3,400
SSML Pisa Merit Scholarships
For the most deserving students, the annual tuition fee is reduced to €6,000.
SSML Pisa offers merit-based scholarships worth €1,600 each.
Applicants must meet both of the following requirements:
- Final average grade of at least 8.2/10 in the fourth year of upper secondary school;
- Final grade of at least 9/10 in English and/or another foreign language in the fourth year of upper secondary school
Competition for these scholarships is high and funding is limited. Students are therefore encouraged to apply as early as possible.
DSU Scholarships.
These scholarships are awarded by the Regional Agency for the Right to University Study (DSU Toscana).
They may provide full exemption from tuition fees and other forms of financial support for eligible students, whether they live locally, commute, or live away from home.
Eligibility requirements, amounts and application deadlines are established annually by DSU Toscana.

“Per Merito” Student Loan
The “Per Merito” student loan is a financing option designed to support university students.
Eligible students can finance their studies for up to €25,000, covering both regular years of study and, where applicable, up to one additional year.
Repayment can begin up to 24 months after graduation and can be made either in a single payment or over a period

INPS Scholarships
INPS offers annual scholarships that can partially cover university expenses, including for students studying away from home.
Applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements, including:
- being under 32 years of age;
- being the child of an employee or pensioner registered with one of the eligible INPS schemes, including the Gestione Unitaria delle prestazioni creditizie e sociali, Gestione Assistenza Magistrale, Gestione Dipendenti Pubblici, Gruppo Poste Italiane S.p.A. or Fondo IPOST;
- having an average exam grade of at least 24/30 and being on schedule with their degree programme
The call for applications is generally published between the end of the year and the beginning of the following year on the INPS Welfare, Assistance and Mutuality portal.
